Good therapy is about more than an alphabet soup of acronyms.
Good therapy should be focused on you—your struggles, your wins, and the aspects of your life that are most important to you.
I love working with folks in their 20s, 30s, and 40s who are willing to do the hard work to heal from depression, anxiety, and trauma. I also work well with quarterlifers, sensitive helpers, and people struggling with low self-confidence. People who work with me learn and grow from the past, feel more grounded in the present, and are hopeful about the future.
I hope you reach out if what you see here resonates with you.
Good therapy has its roots in a trusting and supportive relationship with your therapist. Your spidey sense of a mental health professional is super important. If you like what you're reading, we should talk!
