You're here because...
...You’re tired of holding it all together.
From the outside, life looks fine. Dream job, Insta-worthy family and friends, weekend adventures straight out of a Title Nine catalogue.
Underneath the placid-seeming surface, you feel anxious, self-critical, and worn down. A good night's sleep doesn't fix it. Doing more doesn't fix it. You keep waiting to "arrive," to feel like you've figured it out—but that moment never comes.
You don’t have to keep pushing through.
What if you could put your energy where it matters, instead of exhausting yourself by muscling through everything? What if the not-so-nice voice in your head didn't get the final word?
I work with women ages 25-40 who are "doing it all right" and still feel stuck. Together we'll use ACT, body-centered therapy, parts work, and EMDR to help you build a life you actually like, instead of one that just looks good from the outside.

I’m here because…
...I know what it feels like to look good, but not feel good.
I know how loud a self-critical voice can get, and how exhausting it is to keep performing "okayness" when you feel anything but.
I've had to learn to separate worth from accomplishment, to own my values without shame, and to build a life I like.
I've had to work on boundaries as an actual, real-life concept, not as empty therapy-speak that isn't all that useful in the moment.
Let's Send This.
I love working with bad-ass mountain town women as they get to know the parts of themselves that interfere with living authentically. So much so that I started Juniper Tree Mental Health to do exactly that.
We’re here together because…
You deserve a compassionate guide.
Therapy with me is direct, occasionally irreverent when it's useful, and always built around what actually matters to you—not a generic script for what healing is supposed to look like.
Through working together, you'll build a steadier relationship with yourself and start living more on your own terms.

About Me: More Deets
Here are some details about my professional journey in case you're interested in that sort of thing:
I earned my master’s degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adam’s State in 2018.
I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado since 2020. This means I have a graduate degree from a CACREP accredited program and 2000 hours of supervised post-graduate work. Continuing education is required to maintain my license, so I'm always learning and growing.
I started my private practice, Juniper Tree Mental Health, in the spring of 2021.
My past therapeutic work experiences include wilderness therapy, a graduate internship at the FLC Counseling Center, community mental health, and group practice. I've also worked stints on local farms, and have been a barista, a housekeeper, and a Peace Corps volunteer.
I'm trained in a variety of approaches including person-centered therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and EMDR, and I often use mindfulness-based and body-centered practices in my work.
